01 / About

Built through experience, pressure and persistence.

My journey has been shaped by building from the ground up—winning customers, managing operations, solving difficult problems, recruiting people and continuously raising standards.

Today, my main focus is scaling JAMA Logistics into a leading UK transport, warehousing and freight business, while developing ventures and community projects that can create lasting opportunity.

02 / Growth

Compounding, year after year.

Since 2021, JAMA Logistics has grown every single year — no shortcuts, no outside rescue. Repeat clients, relentless standards and disciplined execution, compounding season after season. And the trajectory is only getting steeper.

The goal

Building a £100m group.

JAMA Logistics is the foundation, not the finish line. The next milestone is scaling it into a £20m logistics brand — and the long-term ambition is a £100m group of complementary brands spanning logistics, property, e-commerce and consumer ventures, built with the same discipline that got us here.

03 / Work

What I’m building.

Commercial ventures and community initiatives built around execution, trust and long-term value.

04 / Principles

How I try to operate.

01

Take ownership

Responsibility builds trust. Problems are solved faster when people own the outcome.

02

Move with urgency

Speed matters, but standards matter too. The goal is fast and considered execution.

03

Think long term

Today’s decisions should strengthen tomorrow’s business, reputation and relationships.

04

Build people

Strong businesses develop capable people, give responsibility and raise expectations.

05 / Impact

Success should create opportunity for others.

Business is one part of the journey. The wider ambition is to create jobs, support families, invest in young people and contribute to meaningful projects in the communities connected to me.

I believe sustainable impact comes through structure, transparency and consistent action.

Notes on building.

Thoughts on logistics, growth, leadership and the long game — added as I write them.

Growth

Stripe had just 50 users after two years. Most people would have quit.

Small numbers aren’t always a sign of failure — sometimes you’re still building the foundations. On patience and refusing to stop before the compounding begins.
